There's a balance on my account
If you have a balance on your account, follow the steps below to redeem your gift card:
- In Categories, pick the brand you'd like to spend your gift card with
- UK customers: choose a brand here
- Irish customers: choose a brand here
- Choose or enter the amount you want to redeem with the brand
- Click Add to cart
- Click View cart
- Accept the Terms and Conditions
- Click Continue
When complete, a pop up message will confirm that your order's been received.
You'll receive two emails. The first is a confirmation email and the second contains the code you need to enter when you spend your gift card with your chosen brand online. We recommend checking your spam or junk folder for these emails, as sometimes they end up there.

If you don't have an account balance, please start a chat with us. To investigate, we'll ask you for the 14-digit PIN.
