Follow the steps below to reset your password:
- Go to the account login page:
- UK customers: https://www.youchooseagift.co.uk/login
- Irish customers: https://www.youchoosegiftcard.com/login
- Click the "Forgot your password" button at the bottom of the page
- Enter the email address you used to register for your YouChoose account
- You'll receive an email with a link so that you can reset your password (don't forget to check your junk or spam folder)
- When you click the link you'll be taken to the "Change your password" page
- Enter and confirm your new password and click "Save"
- Login to your YouChoose account
Having trouble resetting your password?
Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and contain a special character (! @ # $ % ^ & *) and a number. It also needs to be different from your 5 previous passwords.
