If your code's not working on the brand's site, make sure that you've registered your YouChoose gift card to your account and chosen the brand you want to spend your gift card with.
- Follow the steps in our Help Centre article if you need help registering your gift card.
When you've registered your gift card with the brand of your choice, you'll receive two emails (sometimes these end up in junk or spam folders, so make sure you cheeck there, too).
- The first is a confirmation email
- The second email contains the code you need to enter when you spend your gift card online.
